the lock comes pre-programmed with the manufacturer code, but you are instructed to enter your own master code and passwords in the instruction manual provided
this does happen on occasion, but typically it is because the instructions were not followed correctly. We suggest that you read the instructions carefully because they are not always user-friendly.
typically of the Lock quit working it means that the batteries are weak or no longer working. It is not recommended to use low batteries for a smart product. special note. Most Locks will have a low battery, notification beep prior to Lockout or malfunction.
all refunds are subject to the original manufacturer of that lock and their warranties and guarantees. You need to register your lock unit with the manufacturer at the time of purchase.
